Beulah McGhee Battle Creek Beulah McGhee, age 93, passed away July 25, 2012. Beulah was born September 19, 1918 in Dunlap, TN the daughter of John and Ada (Montgomery) Walker. She married Ben McGhee in Dayton, TN in 1936 and he preceded her in death in 1987. Beulah was a member of the Battle Creek Tabernacle for over 75 years. She was also a member of the Battle Creek DAV Auxiliary. Beulah worked at Battle Creek Food Co. and then for Battle Creek Equipment. Beulah enjoyed going to car shows with her son Bill and NASCAR. Beulah is survived by her son: William McGhee of Battle Creek; 2 granddaughters: Angela and Wes Jenkins-Carlson of Cooper City, FL and Brenda and Steve Kinser of Tennessee; 4 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. Besides her husband Ben, Beulah was preceded in death by her son Jerry McGhee; 1 granddaughter: Billiejean Fiebski; and 4 sisters. Funeral services for Beulah will be on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Royal Funeral Home, Battle Creek. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in Battle Creek Memorial Park. Memorials in Beulah's name may be directed to the American Cancer Society .
