Mary Nettie Waggoner, 93, of Gwynneville died Sunday, April 20, 2008, at Major Hospital.

Born Feb. 25, 1915, in Gwynneville, she was the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Adams) Six. She married Thomas M. Waggoner, and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Donald Lee (wife, Pauline) Waggoner and David (wife, Juanita) Waggoner, both of Gwynneville; grandchildren, Terri Hagel, Charity Bright, David Waggoner, Tommy Waggoner, Vicki Hobbs and Travis Waggoner; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; son Charles Daniel Waggoner; brothers, Roy, Everett and Chester; and sisters, Cora, Grace and Juanita.

Mrs. Waggoner had been an executive secretary for the Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) in Indianapolis for 20 to 25 years.

She graduated from Morristown High School.

Mrs. Waggoner was a member of Gwynneville Christian Church.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gwynneville Christian Church, 7104 King St. in Gwynneville, with Pastor Nick Keaton officiating.

Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.
