Mrs. Betsy A. Clinton
Mrs. Betsy A. Clinton, widow of Myron C. Clinton, died Wednesday afternoon after an illness of eight weeks. Death was caused by paralysis. Mrs. Clinton was 73 years old. She was the mother of Miss Estella Clinton, who was drowned in Cayuga Lake when the steamer Frontenac burned at Dove's Cove.
Mrs. Clinton was born in Danby. She had resided in Ithaca nearly all her life. She leaves one sister, Mrs. Clara Maury of Canandaigua, and one brother, A.L. Vosburgh of Oramel, Alleghany County. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the home of W.A. Sniffen, 109 Utica Street. Interment will be in the City Cemetery.
