Marie Teresa "Tere" Rios Versace

Author. She wrote under the pen name Tere Rios. Authored the work "The Fifteenth Pelican," upon which the 1960s television show "The Flying Nun" was based. She is the mother of Congressional Medal of Honor recipient USA Captain, Humbert Roque "Rocky" Versace.
