Our beloved mother, grandmother, "Nanna," sister, and friend, Mabyl LaVonne "Bonnie" Vance Kershaw, received her wings to soar in the heavens on July 25, 2015.
Born November 4, 1927 to Lewis Harold Vance and Erma Doris Righdenour in Montpelier, Idaho. She is one of four children.
Married Wilford Ray Kershaw on February 14, 1950 (later divorced). Together, they had four children: Bonnie Kaye Luce (David), Steven Kent Kershaw, Kraig Kershaw, and Leslie Kim Buerkle (Joey).
Graduate of East High School and a retiree from the Utah State Office of Education after twenty-four years of service.
Bonnie loved spending time with her family, reading, and crocheting. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy for all to follow. We will miss her smile, her humor, and the gentleness of her touch.

Survived by her four children, sister, Maynetta Wright; brother, Bill Vance; six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and her best friend of seventy-one years, June Helms. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Lewis Vance; and grandson, Chad Bailey.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road (1700 West), Taylorsville. A visitation will be held prior to the services at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will follow.
