Mrs. Adams was born March 23, 1916, in Streator, Ill., to Charles and Clara (Fornof) Turner.
She had a master's degree in education from the University of Oregon.
She married John Dale Adams in Springfield on Aug. 14, 1942.
Mrs. Adams lived in Klamath Falls for 23 years and was a teacher at Klamath Union High School in Klamath Falls and Springfield High School in Springfield.
Survivors include her husband John Dale Adams of Eugene; daughters Barbara Rumsey of Mt. Vernon, Wash., and Mary Lou Gamble of Newville, Ala.; sister Mabel Anne Turner of Eugene; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
