Born April 26, 1935, Beverly Turner, nee, St. John, died from complications of an illness on Feb. 1, 2014.
Beverly, whose childhood home was Edwardsville, Illinois, lived most of her life in Pacific Beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Turner of California, parents Jim and Helen St. John, brothers David, Jerry and John, and a son Garry, all of Edwardsville.
Beverly received her education in drafting and worked at Caltrans until she retired. She was a member of the Mission Bay Yacht club, enjoyed traveling, cooking and gardening.
