"Funeral Rites Held Tuesday For Mrs. Joe Noble
Mrs. Jo Noble of Route 2, Kent, passed away at her home on June 19 at the age of 76. Mrs. Noble, wife of Jo Noble, was the mother of a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Carr of Portland, Oregon. Also surviving, besides her husband, are a brother, Oscar Turner, of Vernonia, Oregon, and a sister Mrs. Ida Bell Higgins of Portland, Oregon.
The funeral of Mrs. Noble was held Tuesday afternoon at three o'clock at the Chittenden Funeral parlors, with Keith Murray officiating. Burial was at Washington Memorial Park.
Mrs. Noble, a resident of this district for the past 11 years, was born in Clark County, Washington on May 20, 1867. She resided in Seattle before coming to Kent."
