Joe Frank Tuggle, 67, of Fayetteville, Georgia, died November 24, 2008. Mr. Tuggle was the son of John Starling Tuggle and Geneva Marie Westbrook. He is survived by his wife, Jimmie Tuggle; son and daughter-in-law of Lake Toxaway, North Carolina; three granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; brother of Riverdale; two sisters and a brother-in-law, all of GA; nine nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews.
