KATHLEEN V. TUCKER, 93, of Memphis, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital. Mrs. Tucker was a homemaker and a member of Grimes Memorial United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Omer Tucker. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Race of Cordova and son, Kenneth Tucker of Pensacola, Florida. She also leaves three grandchildren: David Tucker, Stephen Race, Jennifer Race and one great-grandchild, Brennan Tucker. Her life will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday, May 22 with a visitation one hour prior to the service both at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel. Private burial will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, please honor the family with contributions to the American Lung Association.
