Lopez; sister Dulcinea Vigil; children: Velma and Ernie Montoya of Cordova, Floyd and Yvonne Lopez of Albuquerque, Peter and Carolyn Lopez of Rio Chiquito, Judy and Michael Sanchez of La Puebla, Rachel and Joseph Valdez of Rio Chama, Charlene and Rafael Valdepeña of Albuquerque and Martha and Kenny Espinosa of Los Alamos; grandchildren: Willie Montoya and Janelle Heimberger, Marcos and Germaine Montoya, Joseph and Deliliah Lopez, Valerie and Jeff Lopez, Niko, Justin and Shell Martinez, Stephanie and Oscar Gonzalez, Victoria Lopez, Christopher and Mariah Sanchez, Joseph Jr., Jessica, Joshua Valdez (Godson) and Dalene Lucero, Jeremy, David, Jessica Valdepeña and Isaiah and Marina Espinosa; great-grandchildren: Alexandria, Anastasia, Aaliyah, Khloe Montoya, Delisha, Jolissa, Joella Lopez, Nikkoli Lates, Sebastian Gonzalez, Baby Lopez; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A rosary was recited on July 14, 2011 in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Mass of Christian burial was on July 15, 2011 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo. Burial followed at Rio Chiquito Cemetery.
