Ruth Trent Corbin, 62, of 308 Co. Line Road, died Monday at her home after suffering a heart attack. She was born March 13, 1928, in Barridge, KY., to Victor and Loretta Sumner Trent, both now deceased.

She lived in Crestline since 1956, moving from Hamilton. She was a homemaker and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Crestline. Her first marrage was to Laurence Caudill, who died in 1972. She married James Corbin on Dec. 13, 1976, and he survives

Also surviving are a son; a daughter; seven grandchildren; a brother, Robert Trent of Crestline. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son and a brother.

Services will be Thursday at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home in Crestline. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
