On November 15, 1940 in New Madrid, she was united in marriage to Louie Wade. He preceded her in death on June 7, 1982.
Mrs. Wade was employed by the Brown Shoe Company before her retirement. She attended the Caruthersville Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include one brother, Dewey Treece of Mountain Home, Ark.; one sister, Marjorie Stewart of Caruthersville; nephews and nieces and many friends.
Two brothers, Robbie and Billy Jack Treece, and one sister, Miriam D. Smith, preceded her in death.
Services were held Oct. 18, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. at the H.S. Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Lee officiating. Interment followed in the Maple Cemetery.
