Margie Ellison, 96, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2011. Service: 1:00 p.m. Monday in Greenwood Garden Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: open. Margie was born Aug. 20, 1914, in Enloe to Ethel and Lott Trapp. Sassy, her poodle, was her life line and reason for living in her later years of life. A very special thanks to her caregiver, Betty Steele, who was always there for her. Margie was preceded in death by her husband, R.C. Ellison, and son, Walter Lott Ellison. Survivors: Son, Don Ellison and wife, Kaye; daughter-in-law, Phyllis Ellison; grandchildren, Frank Ellison, Gary Ellison and wife, Michele, Mark Ellison, Phyllis Ann Ellison and Sharon Nelms and husband, James; and great-grandchildren, Erin Ellison, Reagan Ellison and Evan Ellison.
