Estella Rebecca Trapp, 93 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2011, at Marlow Manor Nursing Home in Marlow, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tracy Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Duncan Cemetery.

She was born March 6, 1918 in Collinsville, Texas, the daughter of William Wesley and Frances Rebecca (Black) Scarce, and spent most her adult life in Duncan. Estella married Charles Edgar "Ed" Trapp on Aug. 7, 1945 as his second wife. She loved to travel with her husband. He preceded her in death on July 25, 1995.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Estella is survived by her sister, Billie Wilks and stepson, Mike Trapp and his wife Polly and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Emma Elizabeth McKeaigg and two brothers, Max Henry Scarce and Kenneth Wesley Scarce.
