Mrs. Georgia Vera "Granny" Taylor, 96, of Amarillo, Texas died Wednesday May 21, 2003.
She was born on Jan. 16, 1907 in Mill Creek, Okla., to William and Francis Duke Tolar.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; two brothers, a daughter; and a son.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty Ward of Clovis, New Mexico; a son, B.J. "Jerry" Taylor of Amarillo; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Chester Beavers officiated the services.
Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery, Amarillo, Potter Co., Texas.
Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home of Amarillo.
