"Mrs. Bertie V. Catlett died at 8:12 a.m. Nov. 6, 1964 at Lake View Hospital. She was born in Catlin, the daughter of G. Wilse and Elisabeth Tilton. She was married October 9, 1890 to George R. Catlett of Fairmount. He died August 27, 1940.
Survivors include two sons, Shirley T. Catlett and Kemp R. Catlett; a sister, Mrs. Elsie V. McGregor; two grandchildren, George Catlett and Ann Goodman; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Fairmount Baptist Church were memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday with Rev. Robert Mason officiating. Burial will be in the Oakridge Cemetery at Catlin."
