David, 67, of Saranac, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Dave made his home in Ionia County for nearly 30 years.

He was very active in the ministry of Camp Ao-Wa-Kiya, having served on its executive board for over 10 years. He especially enjoyed helping for more than 6 weeks each summer in the camp kitchen, as well as helping with transporting campers to and from camp.

He will be greatly missed by his children and grandchildren, Becky (Don) DeHaan, and Jacob, Lauren, and Lindsay; David (Cathie) Tidball, and Hailey; Missy (Jon) Ertle, and Elizabeth, Emilee, Grace, and Nicole; Jennifer (Ron) Mead; Kate (Mike) Dyksma, and Olivia, and Justin; Jon (Viviana) Tidball, and Maddison, Joanna, Mia, and Nicolas; Amy Tidball; Stephen Tidball; Daniel (Katie) Tidball, and Noah, Grayden, and Hudson; Michael Tidball; Amanda (James) McGovern; and Matthew Tidball. Also surviving are his sisters and brother, Grace Tidball, Gloria (Bill) Henderson, Daniel Tidball, and Joy (Barney) Wehunt.

Dave's memorial service was held Friday, at Clarksville Bible Church, Clarksville, MI, with Pastors Tim Bateman, and John Williams officiating.
