Billie Lucille Thompson Bowling, 90, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016, in Arlington.
Billie was born Aug. 22, 1925, in Marrietta, Okla., the only child of Alvin Thompson and Dovie Jewel Romine Thompson.
She attended school and remained in that area for her childhood.
Billie married John R. Bowling July 18, 1948, in Ardmore, Okla.
She was employed for more than 30 years with Arlington Memorial Hospital in the business office. Mrs. Bowling was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ in Arlington and loved reading and spending time with her grandkids.
She was preceded in death in 2007 by her husband, John.
Survivors: Children, Pam Pendley and her husband Greg and Ron Bowling; grandchildren, Don Pendley, Chad Pendley, Jonothan Bowling and Shelbie Bowling.
