Florence (Thomas) Johns, Mesa, Arizona, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 1978 in Mesa Lutheran Hospital at the age of 71. Mrs. Johns was born in Markton, Pa., Jan. 23, 1907, the daughter of Godfrey and Alice A. (Siverling) Thomas. She was married to Chester Johns who survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Carol Orr of Mesa, Arizona; two sisters, Mrs. Ada Forrest and Mrs. Elsie Durst of Punxsutawney, and two brothers, Edward of Punxsutawney and Bert of Punxsutawney RD5. Funeral services and burial will take place in Arizona.
