"LIFE'S JOURNEY ENDED. Death of Mrs. Joseph Foulds at Her Home in Lawndale.
Anna, wife of Joseph Foulds died at their home in Lawndale at 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon, aged 72 years. Deceased was born in Ilkesdon, England, March 27, 1827, and came to America in 1858. She first went to Brantford, Ont., where she married Mr. Foulds the same year. They came to Saginaw in 1860, making this city their home for 10 years, when they moved to the farm in Lawndale, which has since been the family residence. She was possessed of a loving, generous disposition, which won the affection of all who lived in her community. She leaves besides her husband, one son, Joseph, and two daughters, Mrs. Kate Long and Miss Mary Foulds all of Lawndale. The funeral will be held from the residence at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon."
