Mrs. Edith L. Todl, 71, of 1244 S. 31st Street, Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning,
April 19, 1988 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will
be 10:30 am Friday at First Reformed United Church of Christ, Manitowoc. Interim
Minister Rev. Charles Rota will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Todl, the former Edith Kamm, was born March 18, 1917 at Two Rivers, daughter
of the late Carl and Anna Haas Kamm. She was a graduate of Washington high School,
Two Rivers. She married Kenneth Todl in 1935. The couple resided in Manitowoc.
Mrs. Todl was employed with Mirro Corporation in Old Plant Number 2 as Personnel
Secretary for m any years. She was an active member if First Reformed United
Church of Christ and a member of the church choir for many years. Mrs. Todl
participated in league bowling and enjoyed golfing. Her husband preceded her
in death December 26, 1968.
Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Dennis and Sandra of
Manitowoc, Richard and Donna of Manitowoc and Kenneth of Florida; a sister and
brother-in-law, Edna and Art Meister of Manitowoc, five grandchildren, other
relatives and many friends survive.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, 5 pm to 9 pm Thursday and at the church
on Friday from 10 am until the time of service.
