CHELAN - Eleanor M. "Nora" Davis, 86, of Chelan, died Tuesday, March 29, 1994, in Regency Manor Convalescent Center following an extended illness.
She was born July 6, 1907, to Silas P. and Lucinda (Eades) Syron at Garfield, where she spent her early years and attended school.
She married Ora A. Davis on Feb. 14, 1925, at Moscow, Idaho. They made their home in the Garfield area until moving to Chelan in 1937.
Mrs. Davis worked seasonally in packing sheds and also worked for Valley Evaporator for a short time.
She is survived by three sons, Harold of Lubbock, Texas, Robert of Tonasket and Raymond of Gig Harbor; two daughters, Ruth Lamkin of Chelan, and Pat Snodgrass of Silverdale; 25 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, three brothers and two sisters.
Arrangements are by Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan.
