Greenfield - Hazel A (Dennison) Stowe, 85, of 15 Albert Ave., former teacher in Leyden, Colrain, and Ludlow died Tuesday in Franklin County Public Hospital.
Native of Leyden, lived in Greenfield since 1968; attended Leyden schools, Drury High School, North Adams and the old North Adams Normal School; member Trinity Church Shelburne Falls; member Mass. Retired Teachers Assoc. and Daughters of the American Revolution; her husband Edward B Stowe died in 1980; she leaves four sons Edward B Jr of Greenfield, Dr. Edward D of East Lansing, Mich., Carroll B. of Heath, and Richard H of Jericho, Vt., and eight grandchildren; funeral in the church, burial at Arms, Smith-Kelleher in charge.
