He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Penny (Brewer) Stoops; children; T Jareb Stoops and Caitlin Stoops; mother, Marquerite (Humbles) Stoops; siblings, Ed "Butch" (Betsy) Stoops, Janet Klingler, Danny (Adele) Stoops and Cheryl Crist; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, James Joseph Brewer, Tom Brewer and Robin Campbell; granddaughter, Zoey Alexis Stoops; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, William O. Stoops
Visitation will be from 12:30-2:30 PM on August 21, 2010 at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home & Crematory; 200 W. 53rd; Anderson.
Services will be August 21, 2010 at 2:30 PM, at the funeral home, with Rev. Dan Helm officiating.
Cremation will take place.
