From the Sullivan County Democrat DOWN THE DECADES in an issue printed Tuesday September 21 2010 page 12A:
"1890 - Clarence E Roth and Adella E Stoddard, both of Youngsville, were married on September 10 at Youngsville by Justice of the Peace A P Bush."

from nyshistoricnewspapers.org SULLIVAN COUNTY RECORD February 9 1933 page 5: "White Sulphur Springs February 8 1933 - Adella Edna Stoddard, 61, widow of Clarence Roth, died at her home this morning after 2 weeks illness from heart and other ailments.
Burial Youngsville Cemetery.
Born in Youngsville daughter of Solon Stoddard and Elmira Gorton.
Mr Roth died 1924.
Six children born to them. A son Charles died March 1919, daughter Charlotte died in April 1930 and another daughter, Edith the youngest died July 1930.
Survived by eldest daughter - Mae wife of Harry Maisenhelder of Kingston and two sons - Edwin of White Sulphur Springs and Clarence at home.
One sister Mrs Geneva Inderlied of Youngsville survies."
