Christine Stewart April 9, 1956- April 28, 2006 COLUMBUS, GA— Ms. Christine Stewart, 50, of 1027 Diggs Ave., Columbus, passed on Friday, April 28, 2006 at her residence. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at 12 noon at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 2 Shepherd Ct. Rev. John Mabry, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be held in Green Acres Cemetery. The cortege will depart from 3310 10th St. at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be held today from 1 until 7 p.m. Ms. Stewart was born April 9, 1956 in Columbus, GA. to Mrs. Johnnie Stewart Biddles. Ms. Stewart was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She was a 1974 graduate of Spencer High School and continued her education at Columbus Technical College, where she received a Clerical Certificate. She was currently employed at L & S Services, Ft. Benning, GA. Survivors include a devoted mother, Mrs. Johnnie Biddles, Columbus, GA.; six sisters, Patricia (Willie) Butler, Earline Stewart, Erma Stewart, Brenda Stewart, Ruthie (Kenneth) Brown, all of Columbus, GA. and Mary (Marcus) Gamble, Midland, GA.; two step sisters, Betty Biddles, Columbus, GA. and Brenda Denard, Phenix City, AL.; two brothers, Henry (Juanita) Stewart, Newnan, GA. and Willie Stewart, Columbus, GA.; one step brother, Willie Biddles, Jr., Decatur, GA.; one cousin, Pearline King, Columbus, GA.; one uncle, Willie Stewart, Columbus, GA. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
