Mrs. Carrie Matilda Bowman, formerly of Carlisle, died Friday at her home in Morrisville, Vermont.
The daughter of Joseph and Matilda Shapley Sterner, Mrs. Bowman resided at 369 West Louther Street. She was a former member of the Allison Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, H. Donald Bowman and J. S. O'Hara, both of Morrisville, and Mrs. Ethel Bowman Stickley, Romney, W. Va., and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the J. R. Shulenberger funeral home, 169 West High street. Burial will be in the Old Graveyard. Rev. Dr., H. B. Stock will officiate. Friends may call tonight at the funeral home.
