She was born in Clay City, IL daughter of Clarence H. & Pearl Weiler Stanford. She married Earl Kidwell in Clay City June 16, 1954, and he preceded her in death April 5, 2001.
Mrs. Kidwell was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clay City and worked at Clinton County title until her retirement. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, making jewelry & crafts.
She is survived by a son, Jon and three grandchildren; two sisters Kathryn Harrison and Wilma Knowles, as well as numerous nieces & nephews.
Funeral services were held at Zieren Day Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Michaels officiating. Interment followed at Carlyle Cemetery.
