Lucille Currie of Gaylord died at the age of 100 years on Feb. 18, 2004. She was born in Black River in 1903 to Victor St. Laurent and Christine Bourdreau.
Her husband, William Currie, and her two sons, Leland Currie of Pennsylvania and William Currie, of Atlanta, preceded her in death.
She lived most of her life near Atlanta and later moved to the Little Village in Gaylord. She had spent the last three years of her life near her daughter's family in Las Vegas, Nev.
She is survived by her two daughters, and her daughter-in-law, of Atlanta. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were made at Desert Memorial Funeral Home in Las Vegas. A memorial will be held at the Lewiston Cemetery in the Spring.
