Wife of Jesse M.
Married 17 Dec 1883

Mrs. Ida Arbaugh, wife of Jesse Arbaugh, died at her home in Patapsco, Wednesday, April 11, 1917, aged 66 years, 21 days. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. J. Talbott Booth, at home and one son, Harvey Arbaugh of Baltimore.

Funeral services were held at the Bethel Church of God, Carrollton, on Friday, April 13 at 10 a.m., Rev. N. H. Craft and Rev. J.G. Fields, officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. The pallbearers were: Messrs. R.J. Leppo, Augustus Taylor, Carl Spencer, Elias Taylor, Arthur Chew and Garnet Spencer.
F.C. Sharrer, funeral director.
Carroll County Times 13 Apr 1917

Suggested edit: Ida is not the daughter of Hannah Derr. She was a daughter of (George) Henry Sprinkle and his first wife, Sarah Derr. Hannah & Sarah were sisters, daughters of George W. Derr. A chancery record related to George Derr's estate shows that his daughter Sarah was deceased and had been the wife of Henry Sprinkle and left three children: Ida Mary, Simon Peter and Theodore Sprinkle.
