Pearl Souther Bartlett, 89, of 1819 Canterbury Road died Friday. Born in Phenix City, Ala., she lived in Macon most of her life and was a retired civil service employee of Robins Air Forde Base. She was a member of North Macon Church of Christ and was the widow of Walter E. Bartlett. Survivors: children, Robert L. Souther of St. Simons island and Eugenia S. Spillers of Macon; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. Services: 1 p.m. today in Macon Memorial Park. Minister Marion Aldridge and Minister Clyde Chatman will officiate. Visitation: The family may be contacted at the residence. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the North Macon Church of Christ building fund, 1190 Bass Road, Macon 31210. Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue, has charge of arrangements.
