Violet Henley, 90, of Eureka died Saturday, June 3, 2006, at Greenwood County Hospital.
Henley was born February 13, 1916, at rural Piedmont, the daughter of George and Stella (O'Byrne) Snider.
Henley is survived by two nephews, William Beedles and Savory Snider, and two nieces, Penny Schultz and Edyra Henry.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 8, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Koup Family Funeral Home with Pastor Alan Hunter of the Jefferson Street Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Eureka.
The family requests that donations be made to the Jefferson Street Baptist Church, which may be sent in care of the funeral home at P.O. Box 595, Eureka, KS 67045.
