Gladys Lucille Titsworth, 89, of Alma, AR, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 in Alma, AR.
She was born July 30, 1922 at Cross Lanes in Crawford County. She was the daughter of Lafayette Joe and Ola Mae McClatchey Smith.
Lucille was a sales associate for Stanley Home Products for over 65 years. She was also involved in many local organizations including EHC, DAV and the Crawford County Genealogy Society. She was loved by her family and many, many friends.
She is survived by her husband, Ewell E. Titsworth of the home; two sons, Eual Fay Titsworth and his wife Connie of Lavaca, AR, Pete Titsworth and his wife Iris of Alma, AR; one grandson Bryan Lee Titsworth and his wife Holly of Rowlett, TX; five granddaughters, Chris Nuzman and her husband Bret of Parker, CO, Julie Emms and her husband Michael of Fort Smith, AR, Jamie Asplund and her husband Craig of Van Buren, AR, Jennifer Hull and her husband Chad of Pottsville, AR, Katie Simpson and her husband Wyatt of Shreveport, LA; three step grandsons, Brent Albert and his wife Denise of Poteau, OK, Brad Albert and his wife Kristi of Lavaca, AR, Brock Albert and his wife Amy of Lavaca, AR; as well as 27 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 13, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren, AR. with burial at Alma Cemetery in Alma, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral home in Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons; Bryan Titsworth, Michael Emms, Craig Asplund, Wyatt Simpson, Chad Hull, and Brad Albert. Honorary pallbearers will be her great grandsons.
