Judy A Kellogg, 57, of 1126 Co Rt 30, Altmar, N Y passed away February 20, 2011 at Oswego Hospital. Born July 29, 1953 in Oneida, daughter of the late George Sloper and Mabel Armstrong Sloper, she graduated from Camden High School. She owned and operated Judy's bottle & can return in Pulaski. She was married to Thomas H Kellogg who passed away July 23, 2010.
Surviving are four daughters; Cheryl Turner and companion Patrick Stevens of Parish; Tracy (Al) Vick of Rochester, Michelle Kellogg and Melissa Kellogg both of Newark, N Y; four sons, Scott Blpwers of Altmar, Darryl (Renee) Blowers of Pearl, Miss, Michael Kellogg of Palmyra, N Y and Matthew Kellogg of Newark, M Y; a brother Richard (Lisa) Sloper of Camden; 17 grandchildren; her father and mother in law Harris and Evelyn Kellogg of Sandy Creek; brother Lester Sloper (Pam) of So Carolina, Richard Sloper (Sheree) of Orwell, Stephen (Karen) Wheeler of Lacona, Richard Bryant of Williamstown and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were from Summverville Funeral Home in Sandy Creek with Spring burial in Riverside cemetery, Altmar.
