Survived by his wife of 41 years Kathleen G. Skogstad of Spokane, son, Jerry Skogstad of Spokane, grandchildren, Ronald Skogstad and Jamie Lynn Skogstad, of Spokane, one great-grandson, Sam Skogstad of Spokane, brothers, John Skogstad of Mondovi, WI, Melvin Skogstad of Eleva, WI. Preceded in death by a son Ronald Skogstad, a sister Irene and two brothers, Spencer and Lawrence Skogstad.
A resident of the community for 50 years; a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church; a 30 year member of the B.O.F. Lodge; 30 years with the Eagles Aerie #2; he was employed as a carman for 28 years for Western Fruit Express.
Funeral service will be held Monday, November 29, 1993 at 11:00 A.M. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 314 S. Spruce, Pastor John Finsluen officiating. Entombment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
The Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Spokane, WI. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home, 2203 Division, in charge of arrangements.
