On Tuesday evening at 5:20 o'clock Miss Rachel Burks and Rev Virgil Sizemore were happily married at the home of the bride in Fairview, Rev R C Ledbetter performed the impressive ceremony.
Mrs Sizemore, daughter of Mr and Mrs Walter Burks, is an efficient and bright young woman and will prove an ideal home maker for the man she has chosen for a companion.
Rev Sizemore is moderator of Cullman County Baptist Association, pastor of Holly Pond and Hanceville. He was educated in the Cullman County High School and Newton Institute. He was former chaplain of the American Legion, Cullman County.
