Rosa L. Sims "Coot" Braxton, A native of St. Francisville and a resident of Zachary, she passed away peacefully at 8 a.m. at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012. She was 92.
Visitation will be at Greater Oak Grove Baptist Church, religious service conducted by the Rev. Henry Frazier. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary B. Beauchamp and Rosella Braxton (Jerry Dorsey III); sons, Oscar (Lettie) Braxton, Eddie (Paula) Braxton, Wendell (Abigail) Braxton, Timothy (Kitty) Braxton and 16 grandchildren.
Arrangements entrusted to Richardson Funeral Home of Clinton, LA.
