She was the widow of Frank La Tulippe. Mrs. La Tulippe was born March 8, 1911, in New York State, daughter of the late Stewart and Eva (Blass)Sigler. She moved to Connecticut in 1983. She worked at the Shakers Museum in New York for 15 years. She retired in 1970. She leaves a daughter, Alma Fasano of Wolcott; a brother, Floyd Sigler of Millerton, N.Y., nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. A daughter, Ruth Parmley, is deceased.
