A single vehicle crash killed a Nampa man Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened in Gem County on 3rd Fork Road, approximately 16 miles north of Ola.
Police say 53-year-old Lloyd Shreeve drove his truck off the road, rolled down an embankment and into a creek.
Officers found Shreeve outside of the car in the creek. He died on scene.
Police say Shreeve was not wearing his seat belt.
