She was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Blaine and Dolores (Wigal) Sheppard.
She was a member of Walnut Street Church of Christ in Belpre and was a member of Civil Air Patrol in North Carolina.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Spencer (Ben Kerrigan) and Danielle Aristizabal (Mauricio); three sons, Richard Woodyard, Jeff Woodyard, and David Lynch (Jasmine); six grandchildren, Bailey Spencer, Isabella Aristizabal, David Jr., Kohutta and Bentlee Lynch and Alan Woodyard; a sister, Judy S. Hall (Dick) of Washington, W.Va.; and a brother, John A. Sheppard (Helen) of Parkersburg.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Becky's brother John Sheppard officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 7-9 p.m.
