Mrs. Ellen Cornelia Helmey, 68 year of age, the wife of George W. Helmey of Pineora, died at 9 o'clock Friday night at the residence of her daughter-in-law Mrs. Dan Helmey, at Marlow. Mrs. Helmey is survived by her husband, four sons, H. T. Helmey pof Lakeland,, Fla; W. L. Helmey, G. E. Helmey and C.W. Helmey, all three of Pineora. three daughters, Mrs. G. A. Dasher, Mrs. L. C. Heidt and Mrs Annie S. Nease, all of Marlow; three brothers, G. M. Shearouse and R. H. Shearouse of Guyton and Ned Shearouse of Marlow. The deceased was a member of the Union Methodist Church of Marlow.

Funeral services probably will be conducted for Mrs. Helmey this afternoon from the Zion Lutheran Church in Marlow by Rev. J. I. Nease of Springfield. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery. Fox and Weeks are in charge of arrangements.
