Mrs. Mary A. Shea Cahill, 187 Brook Street, widow of James Cahill, died Friday morning at her home after a long illness. Born in Ireland, daughter of Mrs. Margaret Dillon Shea and the late Cornelius Shea, she lived in Hartford 28 years. She leaves her mother in Ireland; three daughters, Miss Margaret K. Cahill, Miss Mary E. Cahill and Miss Anne E. Cahill; four sons. Thomas J. Cahill, James F. Cahill, John E. Cahill and Lester T. Cahill, all of Hartford; a brother, Timothy Shea, and a sister, Mrs. Daniel O'Neil, both in Ireland. The funeral will be held Monday with a requiem high mass in St. Michael's church at 9 a.m., leaving the Dillon Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, at 8:15. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery.
