She was born Feb. 5, 1961, the daughter of the late James Henry and Mattie Bell Hinton-Sharpe.
Dee Dee was a Christian and attended the Tyronza Church of Christ. She was well known by many as a bookkeeper in the area having worked with the Marion courthouse and the West Memphis, Osceola, and Marked Tree school systems.
Dee Dee is survived by four sisters, Betty Connor, Carolyn Smith (Larry), Peggy Dailey (Sloan) and Wanda Hampton (Sonny), along with a brother; Jimmy Sharpe (Rhonda). Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Rue Pace Jr.
Funeral services were held at Tyronza Church of Christ. Interment was in Tyronza Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
