Edna was the daughter of Roy and Hazel (Lepard) Seville. She moved to Adario area in 1950. She was a homemaker and had worked for Butler Township for several years. She was a member of the Adario United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Nebergall is survived by five daughters, Clara Willey of Greenwich, Betty Williams of North Fairfield, Sally Eagle of Shiloh, Janet Nailey of Ashland and Martha Landis of Shiloh; five sons, John Nebergall of New London, James Nebergall of Hayesville, Thomas Nebergall of Delphi, Indiana, Donald Nebergall of Bailey Lakes, Ohio, and Dennis Nebergall of Willard; 29 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roy Seville of Sandusky and Charles Seville of Willard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John LeRoy Nebergall in 1987; two infant granddaughters, Rhonda and Cynthia Nebergall; and infant grandson, Ronald Nailey; three sisters, Grace Mae Napka, Helen Gallagher, and Mary Bartley; three brothers, Walter Seville, Kenneth Seville, and Clarence Harold Seville.
