Services for Mrs. Oleta Sessions, 73, of Rt. 1, Pollok were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, in the Falvey Memorial Methodist Church with Rev. James Wilkerson and Rev. Claude Decelle officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wells.
Mrs. Sessions died Sunday, April 29, at her residence in Pollok.
Born in College Station, she has been a resident of Wells since 1930. She was a Foster Grandparent at Lufkin State School for the past 17 years. She was a member of the Falvey Memorial Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star - Wells, No. 400.
Survivors: daughter, Mrs. Lee Roy (Sue) Smith, Mary C. Oldham; sons, W. A. (Bill), David, Larry, Gale and Clifford; brother, Jack Allen Phipps; 16 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
