Daughter of Henry Newton Selby & Beulah Lee (Dillon) Selby. Wife of William Edward Aston II. After his death in 1958, she married Eddie B. Parkhill.

Lucille died at 100 years of age.

Gwendolyn Lucille SELBY Aston Parkhill was born in Burn City (Cooke County) to Henry Newton & Beulah Lee DILLON Selby. On Dec. 24, 1919, she married William Edward Aston II, who died in 1958. On Oct. 3, 1969 she married E. B. "Bruce" Parkhill, who died in 1971. She was a avid civic and church worker, being a member of First UMC for more than 50 years in Gainesville. She retired from the Gainesville State School. Sons, William Edward Aston III, Vernon H. Aston (deceased). Brothers (deceased) Leonard, Doyle, Cone, and Charles Selby. Sisters (deceased) Edith [Gregory], Mildred [Biffle].
