Nellie was born in South Pulteney, NY on March 12th, 1929, the daughter of the late, Carl and Emily (Genung) Schuyler. Nellie was a spotter during WWII and had worked as a waitress and as a secretary for Clark's. Nellie had also drove truck delivering boats. She and her late husband operated Rocking H. Enterprises where they did trucking, construction, and boat repairs.
Nellie is survived by her children, Sandra Morton, Robert (Barb) Yentzer, Rorry (Richard) Levee, Ronald (Marge) Yentzer, Dawn (Doug) Sterner, Ronald (Dawn) Didas, Richard (Lorene) Yentzer, Darlene (Phillman) Chissom, and Patrick (Jennifer) Hoban; daughter in law, Linda Didas; many loved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John P. Hoban on October 27th, 2014; sons, Michael Batchelor and Joe Didas; daughter, Colleen Hoban.
