Other than his parents, he is survived by a brother, Jayden Joseph Cummins Scheurich; paternal grandparents, Hank Martin and Lisa Gail Scheurich; maternal grandmother, Laura Ann Cummins; maternal great-grandmother, Virgina Schaffer McDavid.
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Last Supper Chapel of Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road. Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home has been entrusted with his service.
