Mass of Christian burial for Judy Harris, 58, Fort Collins, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Blessed John XXIII Catholic University Parish in Fort Collins. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery, Fort Collins. Mrs. Harris died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, in Burbank, CA, after a sudden illness. She was born Jan. 23, 1948, in Lawrence, KS, the daughter of William and Fredericka Gufler Schehrer. She lived in Eudora, KS, and attended Marymount College in Salina, KS, before moving to Colorado. Mrs. Harris was a high school and elementary school teacher, served as a Eucharistic minister at the parish and volunteered with the American Cancer Society. She married Joe Harris. He survives, of the home. Other survivors include two sisters, Susie Trabant and Pat Stramel. Friends called at the church, where a rosary was said. Bohlender Funeral Chapel, Fort Collins.
